Each new client begins with a consultation and physical assessment. We take time to evaluate any injury history, training age and experience, postural symmetry and core strength.
After we have determined your skill set and training goals we will design a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to correct any muscle imbalances, address pain complaints and help you reach your individual body composition and performance goals.
Coaching is the most critical part of the process and our semi-private model ensures that there are never more than 4-5 clients working with a coach at one time. This means that everyone training at livevital gets the individual coaching they need every time they train.
We offer two program options – you can chose to train at livevital two or three times per week. Our coaches will help you determine the optimal training frequency for your specific goals.
